Last night at around 12:00 AM, Meitei militants once again
launched a brutal attack on the Kuki-Zo tribal villages of Langza and
Chinglangmei, mostly inhabited by the Hmar and Kom community, located
approximately 70 kms southeast of Imphal. Tragically, a Kuki-Zo Village
Volunteer, Mr. David Thiek,
fell victim to this heinous act and was mercilessly beheaded. To further
exacerbate the horror, the Meiteis callously displayed his decapitated head
at various locations, showcasing their contempt for humanity as a whole 8 the
KukiZo in particular. |
